Form submissions can be viewed from the Reporting tab. Hovering over the Reporting tab and clicking on Forms brings users to the Forms page. By default this page pulls a paginated list of Form Content Types.
Clicking on the “view” link under content brings users to the Content tab already filtered for the Form Content Type's form submissions.
Clicking on the pencil icon or the title of Form Content Type under the “Form Name” column allows users to edit the selected Form Content Type.
For sites that manage many forms, a keyword search is accessible from the Forms page as pictured below.
New forms can also be created by clicking on the “+Add New Form” button on the right side of the forms page.
Clicking on the “Download to Excel” icon downloads a complete list of form submissions for the selected Form Content Type.
