  • Tier 2, Tier 3 Help Desk Support
  • Escalated SWAT Team issues
  • Customer Consulting (use-case)
  • Strategic Plugin Certification/Maintenance                          


  • Good communication skills – This is a client facing position.
  • Ability to travel on short notice
  • Strong development experience with dotCMS
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Provide technical leadership and education to colleagues and team members
  • Java servlets, JSPs, Struts, Hibernate, Velocity, Spring
  • Databases Experience - Postgresql, MSSQL,Oracle, MySQL
