CaaS (which can also be called decoupled architecture or a headless CMS) is a way for brands to manage content on its own, rather than manage how the content is presented. Content is created, edited and published in one spot and pushed to the various displays and devices a brand uses to interact with its customers. This means a piece of content can be created in one spot and pushed to a multiple displays, like a website, mobile app, or wearable device.
