Fabrizzio Araya is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 25 years of experience designing and building robust, scalable software solutions, primarily using Java and backend technologies. Throughout his career, he has served as a Tech Lead on multiple initiatives, delivering high-impact solutions across diverse domains including video games, financial systems, translation software, Roku channels, low-level data transmission platforms, and large-scale web applications. For the past eight years, Fabrizzio has been a key contributor at dotCMS, helping deliver complex projects with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability. He is widely recognized for his adaptability and his ability to quickly master new technologies while successfully tackling challenging technical problems. Fabrizzio holds a Master’s degree in Project Management. Outside of engineering, he is an endurance athlete (runner and cyclist), president of a triathlon association that promotes youth sports, an avid reader, and a passionate toy collector.
