Multi-tenant Migration in Months: From planning to deployment
In this presentation, we look at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare's migration to dotCMS covering 4 unique websites with thousands of pages and assets. We'll dive into planning and data migration phases and explore some of the highlights and potential pitfalls. We will also take an indepth look at design challenges that required a flexible but comprehensive approach to templates, containers, and widgets - and how design was done in less than a month. Finally, we'll explore development and deployment issues that are common for multi-tenant customers, such as creating one of a kind widgets that would allow our customers to get to the info faster and more elegantly.
