dotCMS folders and file assets are managed from the Website tab. The dotCMS Website Browser page is broken up into two main sections - the Sites and Folders directory hierarchy and the Webpages and File Assets Detail section.  Clicking on a folder in the Sites and Folders directory tree reveals the contents of that directory in the Webpages and File Assets Detail section.  For more information, please see the Website Browser documentation.
